One person can erect any of the four sizes in 30 minutes or less. 
During the summer months it ought to be possible to hire out and erect between 5 and 10 Eureka marquees in a day with one to two people.

Suggested Daily Hire price of a 20x20 Eureka Marquee is £195. Add 4 x 4 foot tables and 24 chairs the price rises to approximately £251 and with practice two people can complete the job less than 15 minutes.

On display 2x 28x38 Capri Party Marquees Linked together providing seating for 80 people in one marquee and a dance floor and stage for a band in the other, coconut matting throughout.

Price approximately £1400, two people took approximately 3 hours to erect, NB this would cost over £2500 in a traditional marquee structure.

To start your own part time or full time hire business you will need to be realistic about the initial outlay. We speak from our own experience, our sister company The Main Event Marquee Co started in a similar way. A start up figure of between £7,500.00 - £15,000.00 would be reasonable.

A minimum of two Capri Party Marquees, or ideally one of each size would give you a good basis to work from.

Other equipment that you will be asked for is listed below with approximate prices. Alternatively, this equipment could be hired in from local suppliers, as required, initially during the business build up phase.

General Guidance
Transport is required, ideally a Van, long wheelbase, high top, low loader, alternatively 4 wheel drive and trailer would suffice.

Advertising: flyers – free and local papers – and later on Yellow pages.

One of the best ways to promote this product is by donations to local charities, clubs and schools (remember how quick and easy the eureka marquee is to erect). They will normally be happy to allow you to put some literature within the marquee and perhaps a free ad in their programme.

All of the above are simply suggestions but are tried and tested and guarantee success. You should cover your initial outlay in your first full season. 

Following our guidelines you will find it impossible to fail. 10 hires of each marquee will cover your initial cost of the marquee. If you really cannot make this business work, we will refund up to 25% of your outlay in the Capri Party Marquees (This applies for 1 year from date of purchase and is subject to the condition of the marquees) 

If you would like to sell the marquees after this offer had ended we should be able to put you in touch with potential buyers. There is always a market place, if they are kept in good condition.
